Location: the hotel was not far from casual restaurants and market that sells prepared Japanese foods and the grocery store. Everyone we encountered was brilliantly friendly and helpful. The room was cool and excellent, had comfortable beds.

Our stay at Pacific Garden was enjoyable overall. The highlight was definitely the Japanese breakfast, which we found to be delicious. The room was also clean and well-maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my family visits and getting to LAX was a breeze. I loved that I could open the windows in both the bathroom and bedroom for fresh air. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the outdoor center courtyard was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and the small parking lot was easy to find parking in. The room was clean and had plenty of space.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and helpful manager who directed us to family activities and fixed our WiFi. The continental breakfast on weekdays was sparse, but we enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast vouchers available on weekends. The nearby Japanese grocery store and restaurants were convenient. Uber was reliable and affordable, even in traffic jams.
